Costa Rica is that bad.

Costa Ricans are extremely violent, explicitly racist, and shameless when they talk about race, I would say the US is better, they do not say things like this out loud, they might think about this but they will never say it.
Today, a white woman told me: “I am also a victim, once a group of Black Women persecuted me”
