Damn, thank god she survived. But writing about it can help to lessen pain.

I have a friend who was near death after a failed murder attempt by a known serial killer. It’s a riveting story I plan on writing someday. I think I’m stalling because even though she wants me to tell it, I hate to ask her to relive those memories again.
