GREED, pure and simple.

The prices of the rentals skyrocketed overnight. A weekly rental in this area used to cost between $2000–5000 per week before COVID. Now, the same houses cost 10,000–15,000 per week!!! How can there be that dramatic of an increase in just 4 years???
