β¦ the first time
taking baby steps into the joyous world,
becoming one with the garden of the mind,
respecting everything, anything, . . .
becoming awakened, alive. . . .
mindfulness is more than what we think, . . .
seeing what many miss, that heaven is here on earth,
the great wealth still remaining is your own happiness, . . .
nothing to become, let it go, release it . . .
mindfulness, lovingfulness, kindfulness, . .
laughing more, knowing more . . .
. . . . thank you, . . .I am about to earn my mindfulness coach certification, but I feel this term is often misunderstood, so I hope this poem helped, when I visit Buddhist or Taoist temples, I see people enjoying life and realize our desire for personal gains and wealth misses the point, for we are already alive in a richness that we are often too blind . . .
to see. . . .
