I am glad more voices are being heard.about depression. More needs to be done though.

We are coming to realise, as a global generation, the reality is anxiety, depression, and suicide as a consequence of it. It is becoming spoken about more and more. The stigma is going, the reality is hitting us. The strong can be weak inside, and that is OK.
