I did Home Economics in high school. I enjoy cooking and baking.

I am a self-taught pastry chef, in the kitchen nearly every day. I learn from books, family recipes, trial and error, and moments of pure inspiration. Sometimes, an idea will come to me while walking or driving to work. It is then I know I must create and taste it.
