I don't know everyone in my community. Do you?

Example 1: When I see a strange person loitering in the neighborhood, an opinion is formed within me immediately, suspecting that person could be a thief or intruder. If I decide to call the police just based on the opinion I have in mind, instead of probably asking the person for more information, then my actions could lead to consequences I didn’t want for that victim.
