I enjoy starting my day off with some clarity and tranquillity.

I like this, lately I found that I am having a problem focusing. Someone suggested to try meditation, but I never get around to doing. Reading this article, I think I will try. Thank you for the encouragement, information and advice. I will try it in the morning, my brain gets tired at night. Thanks.
