I kinda don't take breaks. I spend almost all of my time alone. Reading, writing, or creating.

… of my time. This allows me to take advantage of my long attention span, one of my greatest assets. By taking regular breaks to be alone, I refuel my mind and return to work with renewed energy and motivation. In turn, I produce higher-quality work.
