I never thought of it this way, but it makes sense.

When you sleep, the unconscious mind that produces your dreams has the opportunity to teach you lessons, explain your mistakes, and show you what will happen in the future depending on the attitude you have because you stop being influenced or controlled by the primitive part of your brain.
