I refused to do any of that and remove anyone from my life who threatens my sanity.

… emotionally dumb and incapable of expressing feelings and emotions. I wouldn’t nullify all of that. I do accept that I lack the ability to express negative emotions like anger, hatred, guilt, and shame, but that’s not true for the positive ones.
