I use to do that. But I get my chores out of the way. Then I can focus on my important stuff.

… on my daily tasks; but recently, I’ve been trying different techniques to overcome this challenge. The thing is that I tend to lose focus and attention very quickly and struggle to bring myself back to that level of focus I was at.
