It hurts to read this.

Turner’s death did not get the attention of BLM, Al Sharpton, or Benjamin Crump. Her death only got a tenth of the attention that George Floyd received. Why is this? Why aren’t our Medium writers who speak on Black Lives not telling the stories of the unsung — what profit or accolades are they seeking?
