Ann Watkiss planned to meet her friend Carol Hayes at the River Hill Mall. Approaching the entrance to the Mall, the door opened and Mrs. Sanders exited.

“Hi Mrs. Sanders,” she called out. “I am so sorry about the death of your husb . . . . . . . . “ she screech as she felt a sudden sharp pain on her side. Glancing to her left she saw Carol behind her.
