Most of us are like that.

…ir egos get in the way of their leadership. Many of the managers that I’ve worked under are female. They were some of the most competent and trusted leaders that I ever had. I felt more comfortable coming to them with issues if I needed to and it was easier for me to communicate personal problems with them. I feel like many people feel this way when coming to women for guidance.
