But by last Sunday I had told my wife I needed to go to the hospital. Almost seven hours later, and after a CT Scan, multiple IVs, blood tests, pee tests, tests for tests … I had a very bad kidney infection. Believe me when I tell you, a kidney infection is no joke. The pain dropped me to the floor on all fours. I couldn’t take it anymore.
