Push for Love

Someone asked, “What … is the secret to a lasting relationship?” For me, the secret to getting along with others is taking the time to know them. In your relationship, take the time to know what makes your partner laugh, and what makes them cry. Then make them laugh. Know what makes them happy and what makes them sad. Then make them happy. Know what motivates them, and what kills their spirit. Then motivate them. And keep doing the … good things that make them … stronger. Your love will grow stronger too. Bottom line, it’s knowing which button to push. The right buttons explode into lasting love, while the wrong buttons erupt into hatred. Push for love. Annelise Lords
