Seeing death, I know my time will come.

… my death. I’m not saying that I was ever seriously suicidal but I did have dark thoughts at times. When I was a teenager and in my early 20s, I thought that I was invincible. It wasn’t until my first slow-down with my gout and then the torn MCL in my left knee that I reconsidered my mortality.
