Tom pulled back his smile, and release, “I got my start when I was matured, competent and wiser to handle all of the elements that will come my way. I am equipped now. Me getting my start when I am proficient and capable will give me more staying power. The opposite for the ones who got their start when they weren’t ready and able.”
