Thanking Medium, All Publications, Writers & Readers

I have received a lot of support from numerous writers on Medium and other platforms.

I love to write. I have lots of ideas, and I used to have more time.
I don’t get the level of support I want from my family. The ones who supported me, know themselves. Thank you for the support.

I am an introvert, so I have a few friends. I am surrounded by people who don’t read, so I am on my own when it comes to getting feedback from anyone. Everyone I know is poorer than I am.

Because of the lack of support, I made many mistakes. I am currently sitting on six completed works of fiction. The Yellow Hibiscus has been edited but needs more work. Plus I am the author of a few hundred short stories and several poems. I have an enormous slush pile of literary works sitting idly on my computer. Many of my short stories do have movie potential.

Platforms like Medium, Vocal Media, Substack, and other writing platforms give writers a voice, feedback, and the opportunity to grow and improve their talent. Interaction with other writers also helps. It increased our knowledge, introduced us to different cultures and ways of living. Knowledge is unlimited on this platform, and I planned on never stopping learning.
