Thanks for the memories. Sad though.

Dad’s passing brought me, at the age of thirty, to a full realization of my own mortality and the inevitable appointment we will each have with this most mysterious companion of life. And for each of us, as well as those we love, the finality of that moment will hold its own unique sadness, permanence and relief.
