Standing on the sidelines, I have noted the disease’s progression. My sister has more hallucinations where she might be talking to my mom or asking how our dad is (he passed 42 years ago). She doesn’t remember names and could easily get lost if she were to decide to take a walk by herself. We have told her she no longer can because it’s not safe for her. Also, she has lost all sense of time. Months, days of the week, and seasons all seem rolled up into one on most days.
