This is everywhere in our world.

Unfortunately, it was too late. 
 
At that time, all I could think of was how, in a country that prides itself on progress, the elderly continue to fall through the cracks, struggling silently and unnoticed.
Yesterday, I sat in my car outside a pharmacy, watching the world go by.
