To all females too.

I want to dedicate this writing to my daughter — that I live in hope that she can walk in a world where she can feel safe around men, where men treat her with the respect and kindness she deserves and that she have equal opportunities in whatever her ambitions may be.
I’ve caught myself interrupting women when they talk and it needs to stop.
