Too much conflict.

The fabric of our society is tearing apart. It is splitting into pieces: the rich and the poor, people of color and whites, cisgenders versus transgender individuals, heterosexuals versus LGBTQ, progressives versus conservatives, left-wing versus right-wing, and so on, ad infinitum. We are no longer citizens but representatives of warring tribes.
