Then one of them, called Betty (not her real name), called for my attention and asked who was right among the two opinions. She continued by asking if it is true that blacks are backward because they are black, evil, and naturally bad, and the whites are good because they are better and smarter than the blacks. Or the whites are the evil ones who took advantage of the blacks, especially in Africa, and made them what they are today.
