Let’s talk about what happened. Amazon has paused its U.S. drone delivery program after some pretty dramatic incidents. Two of its MK30 drones crashed during tests in Pendleton, Oregon, in December. Testing rainy weather conditions didn’t go as planned — one drone even caught fire after crashing. If that wasn’t enough, back in September, two drones collided mid-air because of a testing mishap.
