Wow, this is terrible.

…you have a primary email address that you use daily for all your important personal correspondence. The last thing you need is to have your account attacked by a malicious cyber-criminal, your privacy violated and then stolen from you, after having used the account for many years. This is truly stressful and I very nearly lost my account.
