…reflect, I wonder where I went wrong. At what point did their act of kindness become acts of abuse? Was it when I started paying for everyone’s breakfast? Was I wrong to give out loans? Should I have taken legal action when they changed the locks? Or should I simply not have accepted a favor from a friend?
