You got me again. I study my own brain by my actions, choice, and decisions. I never forget the good that was done to me, nor will I forget the bad. All these are stored inside my brain and will pop up to save and protect me when needed. As I age and become sleep-starved my memory is getting worse. I use triggers to remember stuff while trying to sleep more. My brain isn’t only my most valuable asset it’s my CPU, so I will take better care of us. If I forget something, other memories will trigger something that will lead to other thoughts and helps me to remember. Eg. I go to the market and forget to put tomatoes on my list. Red fruits or vegetables will be a trigger for me. Thank for the information.
